Tony Young (Newcastle University), Sarah Mercer, Sonja Babic, and Johanna Gruber (University of Graz) will report on an Erasmus+ project entitled “Critical Skills for Life and Work: Developing the Professional Intercultural Communicative Competence of Highly-skilled Refugees”. The project designed a toolkit that facilitates the professional integration of highly-skilled refugees in the workplace in terms of development of intercultural communicative competence.
